For your convenience, the programs described are available for online applications for 1-4 family residences only.

Fixed Rate Mortgages: terms of 15, 20, and 30 years.
Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARMs): Terms of 30 years.
1. 3/3 Year ARM (rate adjusts every three (3) years).
2. 5/3 Year ARM (first rate adjustment in five (5) years and every three (3) years thereafter).
3. 7/1 Year ARM (first rate adjustment in seven (7) years, adjusts every one (1) year thereafter.
Home Equity Lines of Credit (Helocs) are available.
Our Online Mortgage Application Service is currently limited to standard Fixed and Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARMs) for properties within Massachusetts and New Hampshire. For more specialized Mortgage programs, including First Time Home Buyer programs, Bi-Weekly, Construction, Land loans, MassHousing programs, and other mortgages; or if you are outside Massachusetts, or New Hampshire, we ask that you call us at 800-657-3272 to speak to a Loan Officer who will assist you.
